ONG&ONG Bags BCA Awards

Three ONG&ONG projects have just been awarded accolades that highlight our commitment to sustainability and user experience. Toa Payoh Ridge and The Jovell both received a BCA Green Mark Award with GoldPlus and Gold levels respectively. The award recognises our efforts in implementing green building solutions, especially in a tropical climate. These include criteria like designing for maintainability, reducing embodied carbon across a building’s life cycle, using smart technologies, enhancing a building’s resilience to climate change and creating healthier environments for building users.

Additionally, we also received a Gold, BCA Universal Design Mark Award for Jadescape. This indicates that our project was designed with specific emphasis on the principles of Universal Design, recognising our adoption of a user-centric philosophy in design, operations and maintenance of the building.

These three awards follow a previous BCA IDD Platinum Award which we received for our work in making ONG&ONG an Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) ready company. Through digital technologies, we can further streamline the efficiency of project workflows not only internally but for external stakeholders as well.
